Prices are subject to change seasonally and for holidays, however the base price is:
One Night = $180.00
Two Nights = $350.00
Three Nights =$515.00
Four Nights = $675.00
Five Nights = $850.00
One Week (6 Nights) = $1000.00
Additional days are permitted upon request at $175.00 per day. If you desire to stay longer than 6 nights, a fee can be negotiated at reservation time.
Check in and out times, unless pre-arranged are: Check in at 3:00 PM. Check Out at 11:00 AM
A cleaning fee of $80.00 is assessed for each stay which is payable upon departure, at the cabin.
Reservations are available by contacting 352-796-6251. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card. The reservation fee is $300.00. Balance of payment is to be received 15 days prior to stay. Reservations must be cancelled a minimum of 15 days prior, for a full refund. Late payments run the risk of the having the reservation cancelled and the dates opened for others.
There is a special surcharge of 1.50% on all Holiday stays such as New years, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Any stay within three days of the aforementioned holidays is considered a holiday stay. Any reservation booked for these holidays is non-refundable.
